I enjoy reviewing profiles and organizing features and events that I believe will improve the quality of the site and each individual members' experiences. I am constantly bubbling with new ideas.

Being firm but respectful. Understand that one's placement does not necessarily equal one's value. Realizing that the members run the site, and that a staff member's sole job is to improve the quality of play for the members. Fortitude, in standing by the rules through thick or thin, despite personal trivialities, while still retaining an acceptable attitude even in the face of members who wish to test the patience of the staff member.

I offer plenty of new ideas to come, the willingness to accomplish whatever is required of me, and come on, we need some queer up in this place.
